Use case: freelancer getting paid by overseas clients
Who: a freelance designer, developer, writer, or marketer with clients in other countries.
The problem: clients pay by wire (slow, fee-heavy) or a patchwork of methods. You want one clean way to invoice, collect, and get the money into a form you can actually spend — bank or USDT.
The workflow
- Add each client as a company in PayrollFlow — these are the senders you’ll collect from.
- Create a funding request for the agreed amount in USD or EUR. Send the payment instructions to your client.
- The request stays Pending until the client’s transfer arrives, then flips to Paid and credits your balance.
- When you want your money, withdraw to your USDT wallet (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20) or a local bank.
- The withdrawal is reviewed before funds are sent and typically completes within a few hours.
Why it helps
- No wallet juggling at invoice time — you collect first, then decide how to take the money out.
- Network is explicit — pick TRC20 for low fees, or whatever your cash-out route prefers.
- A safety net — the review step catches wrong-address/wrong-network mistakes before funds move.
Tips
- Pair this with a clean invoice — grab one from Freelance Invoice Templates.
- If you withdraw in USDT, default to TRC20/BEP20 to keep fees low. See the USDT Payments Handbook.
- Keep records of each funding request and withdrawal for tax.
