Use case: choosing Automatic vs Manual withdrawals
PayrollFlow gives you two withdrawal modes. Picking the right one is about how hands-on you want to be.
Automatic mode
Your available balance is swept to your main wallet on a schedule, without you doing anything each time.
Good for:
- People who want a steady, hands-off cadence.
- Anyone who’d rather not think about withdrawing — the money keeps moving to your main wallet.
Requirements & notes:
- You need a main payout wallet set up so there’s a destination to sweep to.
- Each sweep still goes through the review step before funds are sent.
Manual mode
You request a specific amount when you want it.
Good for:
- People who like to time withdrawals (e.g., batching, or waiting on a rate).
- Anyone who wants explicit control over each payout.
Notes:
- Request the amount you want; it’s reviewed and then sent, typically within a few hours.
Which should you pick?
| You want… | Mode |
|---|---|
| Hands-off, steady payouts to one main wallet | Automatic |
| Control over timing and amounts | Manual |
| To batch or wait for a good conversion rate | Manual |
| To “set it and forget it” | Automatic |
You can set your main wallet, choose your network (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20), and manage all of this from your account.
Tips
- A flat withdrawal fee applies per payout — factor it into how often you withdraw (fewer, larger withdrawals mean fewer fees).
- Keep your main wallet’s network correct — see the USDT Payments Handbook.
